Fitting the brass tube sleeve.

Cutting the sleeve to length.

Roughed up the sleeve with sand paper, and CVA in place.

The sleeves ends are flared ever so slightly.

Rounding off the topmast heel on a vibrating sander clamped in a vise.

Cut a fid of brass rod.

All three topmasts fidded.

Topmasts with some light oak stain and white paint.
